When the arrow points to the red part of the meter that means someone else is close to you, when the arrow points to the yellow part of the meter that means someone is a distance from you and when the arrow points to the green part of the meter that means someone is far away from you.
The Police Stealth Smoke Blaster is used mostly by stealth officers. This device is used to escape an enemy without them seeing. When an officer pushes the red button smoke starts coming out which makes it nearly impossible to see through so you can escape easily.
